This package is designed for those who would like to add a workout to their weekly classes AND for non- members who are looking to complement their current fitness regimens.
Boost classes focus only on the workout elements of the Body Back program. They do not include the nutritional coaching, assessments/measurements, or structured support components that make up the full 8-week session.
Purchase of a Class Pass is $149 and permits clients to attend any body back classes .
This package is non-transferable and non-refundable. Any unused/remaining classes at time of expiration will not be extended.more
Body Back 8-Week Session Membership
This membership plan is designed for Body Back participants enrolled in a full 8-week session. The $199 fee includes the following:
Two 60-minute,high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts per week
All required fitness equipment
Nutritional coaching and meal planning
“Before and After” fitness assessments and measurements
Structured support and inspiration through guided meditation, journaling, and a private Facebook groupmore
